Directions to Trial Site:
Trial is being held indoors at Top Dog Training Centre located at #12D-1839 1st Avenue, Prince George, BC. Access to the
facility is via 1st Avenue. At 1839 1st Avenue turn onto Fort St. then proceed straight to the parking lot. The intersection to
turn onto Fort St. is by Rogers Custom Meats. Parking is directly in front of Top Dog or on the road.
Note To Competitors:
Dogs in season may not compete.
No refunds on trial entries with exception to competitor whose bitch comes into season after the closing date or whose dog
is injured or who is prevented from arriving due to severe weather or road conditions. No refunds for entries in the event
a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of reason for such dismissal.
The trial’s organizing committee reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason.
Competitors, through submission of entry, acknowledge that they are knowledgeable of C-WAGS rules and regulations. For

ENTRY LIMIT of 100 Runs total for this trial date. $15/Run. NO day of trial entries. If the trial does not fill,
handlers will be able to run dogs FEO. Move ups will not be allowed.

Each Handler/Dog team may enter up to eight runs, however a
handler may not have more than one dog entered in any one round.
Handler may divide the runs between their dogs however they
prefer.
Teams may begin competing in Level 1 and/or Level 2, and to earn
the title for each level requires four qualifying runs from at least two
different judges.
A title must be earned in either Level 1 or Level 2 before moving up
to Level 3.

Liability Waiver (must be signed for valid trial entry)
1. I understand and acknowledge that participation in the any Event carries certain risks, including, but not limited to
injuries (including serious injuries and death) to myself, the Dog, another dog under my control or persons attending as
my guests (my Related Parties), damage to property and other losses. I waive any and all claims that I have or may have
in the future against, and release from all liability and agree not to sue Top Dog, the Organizing Club or any of the
directors, executives, committees, representatives, employees, volunteers. property owner or agents of either Top Dog or
the Organizing Club (the Personnel) for any injury, death, property damage or other loss that I or my Related Parties
sustain due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, breach of duty, statutory or otherwise, or
mistakes or errors of judgment of any kind.
2. I assume full responsibility for the conduct of myself and my Related Parties during the entirety of the Event. I agree to
indemnify and save harmless Top Dog, the Organizing Club and the Personnel from and against any and all claims that
may be made against them or costs, fees, expenses or liability (including, without limitation, lawyers fees on a solicitor
and own client basis) incurred by Top Dog, the Organizing Club or the Personnel that may arise due to:
(a)
any act or omission of myself, my Related Parties or any party for whom I am liable at law; or
(b)
aggressive behaviour by the Dog or any other dog under my control.
3. I agree to abide by the Rules and to conduct myself and the Dog in accordance with the Rules set out by Top Dog. I
have been given the opportunity to read and understand the terms of this Agreement before signing it, and have in fact
done so. I understand that by signing this Agreement, I am restricting my legal rights and I sign this Agreement
voluntarily and of my own free will.

Please make cheque or money order payable (in U.S. Funds) to C-WAGS and submit to Trial Secretary on the
day of trial. If cheque is drawn on a Canadian bank, you will need to add $6. Your Team Registration will be
sent in with your trial results.
You must register your dog with C-WAGS in order to compete and received credit at any C-WAGS
sanctioned event. Please complete a separate registration for each dog you are registering. A registration
number will be emailed to you. If you do not have an email address, it will be mailed. Please allow 2 weeks
for processing registrations that include an email address, 3-4 weeks for regular mail.
