Breakfast and Lunch Snacks Beverages

The FIDELITY FIT CRITERIA for healthy eating were
developed specifically for Fidelity by a team of chefs,
Registered Dietitians, and food service experts. They reflect the
latest research in food science and nutrition, as well as market
research on corporate dining. The criteria focus on calories,
saturated fat, and sodium, three key measures of food
wholesomeness (FIT snacks and beverages also meet sugar
criteria). Your comments or feedback are welcome at
[email protected].
