The FIDELITY FIT CRITERIA for healthy eating were developed specifically for Fidelity by a team of chefs, Registered Dietitians, and food service experts. They reflect the latest research in food science and nutrition, as well as market research on corporate dining. The criteria focus on calories, saturated fat, and sodium, three key measures of food wholesomeness (FIT snacks and beverages also meet sugar criteria).
