Dear Prospective Steadicam Student,
STEADICAM® SILVER WORKSHOP – 24-26th March 2015
The Tiffen International Steadicam Silver workshop is a great opportunity to work with the latest genuine
Steadicam systems and have instruction from Tiffen staff or approved instructors and also follow a syllabus
approved by Steadicam inventor Garrett Brown.
The workshop will run from 9.30 a.m. on Tuesday, 24th to 16.30 on the Thursday, 26th and will be held at
the SAE World Headquarters in Oxford, England, United Kingdom (pictured above).
The price of the workshop includes the workshop itself, use of equipment, a snack lunch but no
accommodation or main meals.
The requirement for students is simply that they have camera experience and they are reasonably healthy
(please feel free to discuss this if you have any doubt). Students should also be aware that Steadicam
operation is a physical activity and they will probably get hot therefore dress for comfort, ankle-supporting
trainers makes ideal footwear, layers work well for colder weather. Heeled shoes are not appropriate and we
reserve the right to refuse access to the equipment on health and safety grounds should attire be deemed
inappropriate to the physical nature of the training.
The total price for the workshop is £720.00 including VAT or €900.00 including VAT. (VAT will apply
if you are coming from outside of the UK as a service performed within the UK however you may be
able to reclaim it locally). We do not operate a deposit scheme for SILVER workshops, to apply please send
the full amount along with a COMPLETED application. Your place will be confirmed upon receipt of both
by Tiffen International Ltd. Please note we are unable to issue a refund within 14 days of the start date of the
workshop unless on medical grounds

The total price for the workshop is £720.00 including VAT payable in full, in advance. Full payment will
secure your placement on the workshop.
GBP payment can be accepted by UK direct bank transfer, credit card or PayPal®. Please note we are unable
to issue a refund within 14 days of the start date of the workshop.
If paying in Euro, the price is €900.00 including UK VAT. Payment in Euro can be accepted via direct bank
transfer or PayPal only – For PayPal® we require your registered PayPal email address to send a payment
