Dear Friend and Neighbor,
The PTA of Davis Hill Elementary School is currently organizing our 5th annual golf
tournament, Fore!TheKids. This event will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at the Holden
Hills Country Club on Main Street in Holden.
Last year's event was a resounding success, with over 100 players, and the numbers keep
growing! We were able to raise over $10,500 - all of which went directly into the 20142015 PTA fund which directly supports academic events for the children in grades K-5 at
our school. And the word is spreading: this is a tournament to play!
By raising money before our school year starts, we are able to book better programs at
better prices for our students and that leaves more money to support our teachers through
conferences or specialized training meetings and/or supports our Davis Hill staff members
with requests not covered by the current district budget.
We would like to invite you to assist Fore!TheKids by considering contributing to our
raffle. The raffle was an integral part of our success, raising $2,000.00! Any item or
service you are able to donate would be extremely helpful to us toward reaching our 2013
goals Fore!TheKids.
