YEARS
Forteza is a group of companies working in the security market since 2000. We produce equipment used to
create security systems, perform design works, installation and commissioning.
Our technical security systems include:
- Soſtware;
- Perimeter protection sensors (microwave, vibration, dual technology);
- Mobile quickly deployable systems;
- LED projectors for security light;
- Power units and junction boxes.
Our customers are the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Federal Agency for National Emergency
Reserve of Russia, and Federal Agency for execution of a punishment, oil and gas companies (Lukoil,
Gasprom, etc.), big industrial enterprises, more than 100 big trade houses and installers.
Headquarters manufacturing plant ZAO Okhrannaya Technika is situated in Penza
(650 km from Moscow) and employs 117 people.
The company structure includes 2 research laboratories. Based on them are carried out researches and
development works, whose operating results are some patents in the field of digital signal processing.
Having storehouses in Europe we cooperate with distributors in Brazil, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland,

Microwave bistatic sensors
MICROWAVE BISTATIC SENSORS
Sensors are used to detect an intruder in the protected perimeter objects. Objects to protect can be industrial enterprises, airports,
prisons, power plants, etc.
Operating principle is based on creation of an invisible volumetric detection zone between a transmitter and a receiver. When an
intruder enters this zone, he makes changes in. The receiver registers these changes and generates an alarm.

Microwave monostatic sensors
MICROWAVE MONOSTATIC SENSORS
Sensors are used to detect an intruder in the protected area. Objects to protect can be separate areas of the perimeter, open and
closed sites, storehouses, tunnels, trestles, etc.
Operating principle
The sensor has one electronic module including a transceiver. The transmitter emits microwave energy into the protected area. At
normal conditions where there isn’t any intrusion Rx establishes a signal testing level reflected from objects in the protected area.
When an intruder moves in this area, he makes changes in the signal testing level; the receiver registers these changes and generates
an alarm.
Thanks to the unique technology - division of the detection zone into subzones – the sensors are allowed to be insensitive to objects
outside the detection zone even to trucks, trains or planes.
Sensors can be adjusted from the sensor`s unit or using special
soſtware which displays noise, original signal level and allows
setting the optimal operating mode even remotely from the control
room.
Key features
The detection zone is divided into subzones with possibility to adjust each of them separately. Thanks to this function sensors have
high detection probability keeping at the same time minimum false alarms.
Disconnecting subzones it can be organized a free passage for people or transport through the gate or entrance to the building. Moreover using soſtware it can be possible to organize passages by time.
The unique signal processing algorithm and possibility to disconnect the first subzone reduce considerably the influence from neighboring objects and raise the noise immunity to rain, snow, fog, lightning, small animals and low vegetation.
Sensors have the frequency splitting into so-called “frequency letters” allowing them to operate in close proximity to each other.
Sensors can be connected to many popular control panels.

Sensors FM-60(24) and FM-30(24) operate at frequency of 24GHz. That is why the detection width is narrower.
Antimasking function permits to protect the sensor
from sabotage.
Self-testing function performs a self-check of the
sensor operation following such parameters as
transmitting and receiving operation part, level correspondence of supply voltage to the necessary value.

two-wire sensors
RELIEF
The sensor’s application is to protect perimeter sites from an unauthorized
intruder access on the territory. The sensor can complete 2 tasks:
1. VISOR type - protection of fence fabric from climbing over.
2. GROUND type - generation of protection boundary along the fence.
Operating principle
The detection zone is generated between 2 parallel cables RELIEF-SE from
Tx and Rx and fixed on the fiberglass brackets RELIEF-ST1 (or RELIEF-ST2)
along the protection boundary.
Tx signal is transmitted on Rx where a basic level is fixed. When an intruder tries to cross a protected area, he passes between the cables and
changes a signal on Rx. It generates an alarm.

has a lot of turns, the microwave sensors application is very difficult.
RELIEF is a good technical solution for the second protection ground on perimeter sites with high requirements to the object security

DUAL TECHNOLOGY SENSORS (MW +IR)
The sensors are applied to protect strategic important perimeter sites where higher interference immunity to industrial, natural and
domestic noises is required.
Operating principle
The sensors have a distinctive dual detection principle (microwave and infrared channels). An alarm is generated when an intruder
crosses the microwave and infrared detection channels at once. It minimizes considerably a noise level.
Dual technology sensors MIR have the highest interference immunity level and are superior to their analogues in a lot of
specifications.
Two physical principles combination allow the sensors to save high detection probability at minimum false alarms, weather and
temperature conditions, high dielectric stress, small animals and birds.

The detection zone is generated by a transceiver with two channels: monostatic microwave and monostatic infrared.
Special soſtware connected to USB and RS-485 interfaces allows setup an
optimum operation mode including remote control from the control room.
The detection zone is divided into subzones. Every subzone can be set
separately and organize people “approved” passages through wicket, entryway or gates.
Sensors have the frequency splitting into so-called “frequency letters”
allowing them to operate in close proximity to each other.

TRIBO-4
The sensor is used to protect different types of fence fabric from
intruder attempts to cut through or to climb over.
Operating principle
A sensitive element TRIBO-4-SE is fixed with the buckles
TRIBO-4-BUCLES on the fence fabric. When an intruder climbs over
a fence fabric, a sensing element registers the fence fabric
vibration and transmits a signal on the electronic unit. Aſter the
signal processing by the modern algorithms the sensor generates
an alarm. During the signal processing the sensor eliminates any
false alarm generated by rain, wind or traffic flow.

Key features
The sensor is applied on the sites with a difficult perimeter configuration, i.e. when the microwave sensors can’t be used. Besides, the
sensor is applied in the case when it is impossible to generate a zone free from all the vegetation or other objects for microwave
sensors.
Remote control over RS-485 interface allows performing visual monitoring and check, parameters control and receiving signal
information.
The algorithm of automatic parameters control makes possible to save high detection probability for all temperature range.
Four sensing elements are fixed on the fence fabric and each of them is set separately with soſtware that considerably increases the
interference immunity.
A special tested cable is used as a sensing element. It provides high reliability of the sensor specifications, better detection probability
and interference immunity.
The sensor is immune to neighboring trees, people moving or traffic flow.

FORTEZA-1000
The purpose is to organize temporary and reliable perimeter area, separate
short perimeter sites or grounds up to 1000 m.
The complex application is protection of VIP-planes, important cargos, cars in
parking or overnight stays en route, military camps, Federal Border Services to
detect some criminal groups.
Operating principles
The hand-portable complex includes some sectors each of them is a bistatic
microwave sensor operating from a built-in accumulator storage battery. When
an intruder crosses the detection zone, an alarm is transmitted on the alarm
receiver by an aural signal, and a number of disturbance perimeter site is
displayed.

The purpose is to organize the perimeter security integrated system and monitoring over RS-485 interface.
FORTEZA-Complex operates as a client-server.
The server FORTEZA-Complex is intended to configure and control the equipment, to accumulate, to process and archive the
information from all the parts of this complex.
The client FORTEZA-Complex is intended for graphic display of all the complex, signals ALARM, and output of all the necessary

Key features
The main purpose is to provide a reliable operation of the complex with perimeter security sensors and to protect all the system from
outside and inside sabotage.
A client part FORTEZA-Complex doesn’t require any special skill of operation with PC. In this case he can break or sabotage nothing.
The operator of the client part FORTEZA-Complex operates only with 3D graphics of the perimeter site and can’t change the complex
operation.
When a signal ALARM is received, the operator of the client part FORTEZA-Complex should perform the operations displayed on the
screen and mark their performance.
The signal ALARM is regarded as processed only aſter all the operations are performing by the operator.
The controller GOLKIPER is applied for the sensor operation (“dry” contacts of relay) which allows including it in the line RS-485. The
controller possibilities are multiple:
- two inputs to connect the sensors with “dry” contacts of relay;
- one relay output to control some additional devices, e.g. sonar and light alarms;
- supply output for the sensors 24 V – 100 mA;
- inputs, circuits and communication lightning guard;
- control: circuits of “dry” contacts, sensors supply lines, voltage of main and reserve supply;
- all the checked information is displayed in Forteza-Complex.

such dust and moisture protection class which doesn’t allow applying them outdoors.

Heating system, hermetically sealed enclosure heat proof, cable
input over sealing glands keep the heat inside the chamber.

Key features
The heat chamber keeps the temperature inside thanks to the automatic switching ON/OFF of the built-in heater.
The temperature of the heater switching ON/OFF is installed with the thermostat. The thermostat allows controlling the heating
temperature switching ON. The digital sensor provides thermostatic control and has the temperature error ±4˚C.
