Congratulations to our entire 2015 group of A Night of Shining Stars Award
Winners… and that means YOU!
With the support of our Community Partner’s, it is our great pleasure to honor you at
this Foster Parents Association of Washington State (FPAWS) premiere event, A
Night of Shining Stars, on May 16th, 2015 at Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound,
Washington.
Social Hour begins at 5:30 p.m. and A Night of Shining Stars Banquet and Awards
Ceremony begin at 6:30 p.m.
We are excited to shine a light on your accomplishments by naming a star honoring
you. You are making the difference we need in the lives of caregiver families and the
children they care for!
We are sure you would like to share this wonderful celebration with people in your
life! We invite you and a guest to join us for dinner Saturday, May 16 th at Great Wolf
Lodge Conference Center. Please confirm that you are able to attend and, if bringing
a guest, please email their name also by Wednesday May 1st to Shala Crow at [email protected]. Your two complimentary tickets will be available for you the
day of the event at our registration desk. If other friends, family, or co-workers
would like to be there to honor you as well, tickets can be purchased online at
https://fpaws.ejoinme.org/banquet for $45.00 each. Please encourage your folks to
purchase tickets by Wednesday May 1st. Shala Crow, one of our conference
coordinators for this event, will contact you in the next week or so with more details
about A Night of Shining Stars and can answer all of your questions.
Nominations were submitted to FPAWS from foster parents, adoptive parents,
kinship caregivers, community organizations, leaders in Washington State’s child
welfare circles and others. Congratulations for being the best of the best! The
