A rider can only participate in one Associate Equitation Class per show, with the exception of the VHSA Equitation on the Flat Class. VHSA Adult Amateur Equitation Class/ VHSA Children’s Equitation Open to Juniors mounted on horses or Open to Adult Amateurs mounted on horses. Trainers and Riders must be present and showing at the Finals in the Fall to receive High Point Awards High Point Series Awards for all divisions. No Dogs Allowed At every show, an Entry Form must be carefully read and signed by each rider/exhibitor (and his or her parent or legal guardian if under the age of 18) and other related Participants prior to participating in any activity or riding on Fox Chase Farm property. Current negative coggins on all horses on the show grounds must be presented to show secretary. Payment must be left with show secretary in office before numbers are given out. Show Management reserves the right to refuse entries before or during the show without liability or compensation. Show Management will not tolerate hostile or unsportsmanlike behavior. Show Management and Judge’s decisions are final. Fox Chase Farm is a private property open to the public for events. Anyone may be asked to leave, at any time, for any reason. Fox Chase Farm, its members, managers, employees, agents, sponsors and affiliates, etc., are not responsible for damaged vehicles or other property and/or any lost or damaged items in vehicles or on the show grounds. Items left on show grounds will be kept for a limited time before given away or thrown out. Please be sure to get all personal items before leaving shows. To be eligible for all year-end prize money and awards, you must show at 80% of the Fox Chase Farm Hunter shows and be present at the Finals in the Fall. All riders/exhibitors (including parents and legal guardians if under the age of 18), owners, trainers, their agents and other related Participants will be held responsible for any damage to the Show grounds, jumps, rails/poles, and/or Fox Chase Farm or its affiliates’ property. No one or horse is allowed to walk the grounds outside of the show area. No one is allowed to touch resident horses or use their items or inside wash stalls. There is a designated area for visiting horses. Please ask Show Management. All classes can be moved, canceled, split or combined at the option of Show Management. Judges listed in any program, website, email or anywhere, etc., is not a guarantee that they will be judge on said show days. If any divisions or classes are combined, prize money will not be doubled. Anyone disqualified may be found ineligible for ribbons, prizes or prize money. Ribbons or prizes must be picked up at show office on show days or during the regular business farm hours, or by scheduling an appointment.
