COUNTY MOUNTIES POST-ENTRY FORM I have agreed to participate in this show on the conditions that I acknowledge that showing horses is a hazardous sport, and that hazards and obstructions, even those unmarked, exist in the area. That falls, collisions and kicking horses are common. I accept the risks of injury or incident thereto. By showing here today rider assumes the risk of this sport.. Neither County Mounties 4­H Club nor the Sheboygan County Fair Park is liable for horse­related incidents today. A person who is engaged for compensation in the rental of equines or equine equipment or tack or in the instruction of a person in the riding or driving of an equine or in being a passenger upon an equine is not liable for the injury or death of a person involved in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, as defined in Section 895.481 (1) (e) of the Wisconsin Statutes. Showing privileges can be revoked by the show management for conduct which management deems improper. This includes dishonesty, unsafe tactics or unethical acts.
