With more than 2,100 companies, about 385,000 employees and rising annual
turnover of €75bn, the industry is growing and making France one of the world leaders
in the field, due to large international customers, a subcontractor network packed

Machining of superalloys
MILGRED is one of the leading companies
offering you a wide range in high-tech
machining operations on Gas turbine
blades and vanes.
We have a wealth of experience in hole
drilling (by EDM, 5-axis fast drilling
or by ECD), creep feed grinding and
milling on Mandelli 5-axis machine,
Mazak 4-axis and Okuma 3-axis machine.
We are able to perform machining from
raw foundry materials, i.e. creep feed
grinding on dovetail, shank, root side
and top.
We also perform Electro Discharge
Machining, milling, final blending and
deburring, including FPI and dimensional
inspection.
We have the possibility to drill cooling
holes by STEM drilling and can apply
hard-facing on the Z-notches by means
