CAMP GOALS
Frassati Catholic High School proudly presents the 2nd
annual Frassati Falcons Basketball Camp! Since our new
gymnasium is currently under construction, St. Anthony of
Padua Catholic School has graciously agreed to be the host
location for the camp. We hope to see boys and girls from
many different area schools in attendance to learn about the
game of basketball and to have fun!
The goal of the Frassati Falcons Basketball Camp is to provide
an opportunity for students to discover more about the
game of basketball and to teach valuable skills that will help
players with all levels of experience as they continue playing
the sport. This camp is designed both for students that are
trying basketball for the first time and for experienced
players who want to improve their individual skills.
An important focus of the camp is to teach and encourage
proper technique and form rather than focus on immediate
results. For example, our coaches will strive to teach the
proper technique for shooting the basketball in a way
that players can remember when practicing on their own.
Teaching players at a young age to practice proper form will
make for a much more successful player as they grow older.
In order to help students feel comfortable using proper
techniques, we will use age appropriate basket heights and
ball sizes.We all know that “practice makes perfect,” but “bad
practice,” makes bad habits!
Many aspects of the game will be taught including shooting,
passing, dribbling, screening, defense, and team offensive
concepts. Instruction will be more basic for beginners and
younger students and will be more in depth and advanced
for the older and more experienced groups.

$150 cash or check made payable to Frassati Catholic High School
Payment can be mailed to Frassati Catholic High School
(22151 Frassati Way, Spring, TX 77389), or hand delivered to
St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School (no confirmation letter will
be sent)
Turn in payment and registration form on or before
MAY 22nd, 2015 to be entered into a drawing for 10 or more
FREE BASKETBALLS that will be given away at each session!
$25 cancellation fee deducted from refunds
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER JUNE 1, 2015

Parent's Release Form for the
Frassati Falcons Basketball Camp
In consideration of the acceptance of this application for enrollment in
the 2015 Frassati Falcons Basketball Camp, I/we, intending to be legally
bound, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages we
may have against Frassati Catholic High School, all sponsors, and all
employees of the 2015 Frassati Falcons Basketball Camp for any and all
damages which may be sustained and suffered by me in connection with
my/our association with, or entry into this camp, and which may arise
out of traveling to, participating in or returning from the camp. I/We
hereby grant permission for my/our child to be a participant in the 2015
Frassati Falcons Basketball Camp and if any injury should occur during,
traveling to or returning from the camp, I/we agree to pay for all costs,
present and future, through my/our own medical insurance policy and/
or personal finances.
