And we’ll likely hear it hundreds more, as freeFall Theatre is quickly gaining a significant share of the arts buzz in the greater Tampa Bay area. Remember when you launched off your schoolyard swings, or let go of that rope over that lake at your summer camp? Or, perhaps, do you recall the last time you lifted out of your seat on a roller coaster’s quick rise and fall, or even jumped out of a plane? That’s freeFall. Seeing a show at freeFall offers a visceral, responsive, and immersive theatre experience. The rush of live theatre, the exhilaration of superb staging, and the allencompassing sense that there’s something different going on here. All of these elements build toward the composite of what critics are calling “utterly professional” theatre. And off the stage, our commitment to community partnerships as well as fostering economic impact and neighborhood pride is building in a very exciting way:. Should you have any questions or are ready to book your space, please contact us at [email protected] or 727.498.5205. 727.498.5205 Studio Thea tre Pricin g • For-profit group: $700 • Non-profit group: $400 Main Stage Pricin g freeFall Studio Theatre The freeFall Studio Theatre measures 48’x48’ and is our newest renovated space. • Offers a variety of seating configurations, including removal of all seats. • Theatrical lighting and sound. • Modern and contemporary feel. • Connects directly to ADA bathrooms and green room/catering prep space. • Sprung dance floor. • Easy access for rental equipment delivery via a ramped entrance. • Can seat up to 150 with traditional theatre seats or at a seated dinner, or up to 200 for a cocktail reception. freeFall Main Stage The freeFall Main Stage is an auditorium-style theatre that seats up toof 300. • Includes use the Main Stage lobby: perfect for receptions and traffic flow. • Projection and sound system. • Classic mid-century modern feel. • Podium and small stage, plus piano. • Back stage prep rooms (as available) freeFall Education Center The freeFall Education Center offers 2 brightly lit multipurpose rooms. freeFall Green The freeFall Green offers a large grassy lawn under the shade of a dozen live oaks. The lot offers 160 parking • Power available at either end of the Green. spaces. • Lot can be tented. • For-profit group: $900 • Non-profit group: $600 Education Cen ter Pricing • For-profit group: $250 • Non-profit group: $100 Green Pricin g • For-profit group: $1300 • Non-profit group: $900 • Additional deposit of $500 applies to renting the Green Typical terms • • Renting at freeFall All rentals include the following. • 5 hour minimum • Usher, box office, and concession staff. • On-site rental manager for the duration of your event. • Complimentary receiving of rented chairs, tables, linens, and other event supplies on the day of your event. • Basic lighting and sound package. • Use of on-site wifi. • Concessions open. (Operated by freeFall) • Use of projector (main stage only; other spaces at additional cost) • Refundable clean-up and damage deposit ($250). • Loaner furniture, as available. Event Add-Ons Consider adding the following to your event. • freeFall Theatre manages your box office by phone and online: $3 per ticket. • Custom lighting/sound package: $40 per hour for design; requires on-site technical director at $40 per hour. • Additional rehearsal in the space: $50 per hour. • Additional set-up or break down of the space: $100. • Pre- or post-event party: $50 per hour beyond 5hour minimum. • Use of main theatre lobby in connection with another space rental: $50 per hour. • • • We request 50% of the rental fee down and payment of deposit to book your event. The remainder is due 24 hours in advance of your event. Event add-ons are considered part of the rental fee. Your deposit is refundable! Leave the space clean and undamaged and you’ll get it back! Each rental agreement is accompanied by a dayof-event venue condition report, completed by you, to verify the condition of the space.
