Hotel Reservation Instructions
To make your reservation call 1-800-687-8733. Your group code is BMR 615
You must use this group code in order to get the group rate of $109.00 plus taxes, &
resort fee per night. All rates, (taxes & fees) are subject to change.
Please make your reservations as early as possible. You may start making your
reservations now. The hotel cut-off date for the above group rate is 5/24/2015.
Guests are directly responsible for submitting a first night’s deposit by cash or credit
card to the hotel at the time they make their reservations.
Resort fees provide guests with round - trip airport shuttle service 19 hours per day,
both a covered valet and a self – parking garage, unlimited local and toll free 800
calls, free in-room wireless internet, free in-room guest coffeemaker, admission to the
health spa, and boarding pass printing at the Bell Desk or Concierge Desk.
Check-in time is: 3:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am. The bell desk will be happy to
store your luggage for any early arrivals until check-in time.
Transportation
The hotel is 4 miles from the Reno/Tahoe airport (RNO) and travel takes
approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
The Silver Legacy offers shuttle service daily from 5 am to 12 midnight running every
30 minutes. The shuttle leaves the hotel at the hour and half hour and picks up at the
airport at 15 and 45 past the hour. The hotel can be reached easily from the 395/I580 and I-80.

Games to play:
Whist, Spades, Pinochle, Mexican Train and Pokeno
Rules to determine the winners
For Whist & Spades:
The best two out of three games until the partners with the least number of losses are identified.
Rules for Pinochle:
The partners who have lost the least number of games. Game score limit is 250 to conserve time
and allow as many to play as possible.
Mexican Train: An easy domino game. The rules will be fully explained before the game.
At the end of the game, the player with the lowest score is the 1st place winner, the player with the
highest score wins second place.
Pokeno: It’s like Bingo with cards. At the end of each game the winner gets the Pot.
