Friends of Kurth Kiln Community Organisation of the
Year nomination
Thursday 22 January
The Friends have been nominated for the ‘Community Organisation of the Year’ Award and
two representatives attended a reception for the nominees on Thursday 22 January at the
Cardinia Cultural Center. Many speeches were held:

Cr Brett Owen, Carol and Rob Porter (Rob was
nominated as ‘Senior Citizen’), Ursula with
Nomination Award and Alfred. Rob Porter is the
uncle of Klink’s daughter in law, Lisa.
The Sing Australia Tecoma group may sing at the 2015 Kurth Kiln Heritage Festival.
