For this ES Consulting has tailored a design thinking workshop that would help leaders to reconsider their business with radical innovation solutions. ES Consulting work under the lens of User Centric Design (UCD) principles while bringing the creative energy required to do things differently. This workshop would be about doing things differently and meaningfully for the end customers. Has today’s necessity. User Centric Design is also about sustainability and more practically, social engagement. Building organization that perform well but also engage its citizen in the process of change; organization that reflect a positive attitude towards citizen’s challenges. Thus social innovation would play a large role in this workshop. Participants would be invited to design for social benefits, create business model that encourage collaboration between users and organization. We will see business as an engagement towards customers and citizen. The workshop address to leaders from government, private and NGOs. It empower them to take advantage from a citizen-centric design approach to design complex business model. They will learn design thinking tools to generate creative ideas; render their idea using eco-system design also referred as graphic facilitation. This workshop is not a re-creative break away from business reality, we deliberately want to be grounded on the business reality but with a wide open mind to catches best practices from around the globe. The objective is to give leaders keys to empower people around of them to create meaningful business models that have social impact. We wish to bring participants the taste for been innovation champions in their organization while been grounded with business realism. We understand how challenging innovation can be for any organization and leaders that want to benefit from it.
