To sponsor a personalized remembrance sign for your loved one, please complete the form below. Your sign can include one
of the following: a photograph, a poem, or other artwork. These signs will be posted along the trail of the Walk to Remember.
The cost to sponsor a personalized sign is $10. Make checks payable to: Friends of the Angel
