What Impact will 2013 Tax Law Changes Have
on Estate and Income Planning?
Neal P. Myerberg, an attorney, is a principal in the firm of Myerberg Philanthropic
Advisors in Old Greenwich, CT. An authority on tax and financial planning
strategies using charitable giving techniques, he specializes in providing
consulting services to many of the nation’s largest charitable organizations
and philanthropists.
He was previously National Director of Charitable Giving Services for Sanford
C. Bernstein and Company in New York and Chief Executive for Planned Giving
and Endowments at UJA-Federation of New York. A frequent speaker at national
conferences on estate, tax and philanthropic planning, Neal has also served as a
resource to The New York Times, Wall Street Journal and NBC’s Dateline.
He is the instructor for the Planned Giving course in the Fund-raising Management
Master’s degree program at Columbia University and is a regular presenter throughout
the country at programs produced by Consumers Union and Consumer Reports
magazine.

Adele Goldberg, Executive Director, Friends of Yad Sarah
With more than two decades of professional experience in the field of
gerontogical Social Work, Ms. Goldberg joined Friends of Yad Sarah as its
first Executive Director in 2003. In this role, she represents the mission of
Yad Sarah to its friends in the USA and the international community at the UN.
The New York office assists families and communities with dedication opportunities,
Bnai Mitzvah chesed projects, planned giving, equipment collections and other new
initiatives, raising much needed funds to support the work of the Yad Sarah organization
and its dedicated corps of volunteers in Israel.
