Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. Dr.
Dela Cruz completed her residency at the
University of Texas Health Science Center
in Houston.
Dr. Dela Cruz strives to provide high
quality, personal, continuing, and
comprehensive care for individuals and
families. She believes the most important
thing is listening to the patient and then
including them in the management of
their care. In her spare time, she enjoys
traveling, cooking, and spending time with
