The Artemis Charitable Foundation invites you
to participate in the 13th Gallery Calorie Event!
Saturday june 20, 2015
Gallery Calorie is the Artemis Charitable Foundation’s main
fundraising event of the year. After 11 years on 17th Avenue SW,
Gallery Calorie moved to Inglewood in 2014.
This self-guided walking tour of Inglewood will showcase some
of Calgary’s finest restaurants, shopping and art galleries.
The Avenue walking tour features complimentary food and
beverage samples at every venue, in addition to special offers
by some participating restaurants, shops and services. Following
the Avenue tour, the Party in the Park kicks off, featuring live
entertainment, silent auction, the exciting art race, wine raffle,
food and beverage and more!

Gallery Calorie will attract

in the Park. We anticipate
400 plus participants will
attend, making this an
excellent opportunity to
showcase your work.
The Art Race
This unique concept enables Art Race ticket
holders to ‘win’ a great piece of art!
• Artists donate their work and it is displayed at the
Party in the Park.
• A limited number of tickets are sold in advance for the
Art Race, only as many tickets as pieces of art.
• An Art Race ticket guarantees a piece of art.
• At the Party in the Park, Art Race ticket numbers are called
in random order, and Art Race ticket holders have 1 minute
to select the piece of art they want!

Requirements
Donating and Timelines
• We must receive confirmation of participation and the
contract by May 15, 2015.
• We need the piece of art no later than by June 1, 2015.
Maximize your Marketing Opportunity
• Provide Gallery Calorie with a special offer coupon or
sample that can be placed in our swag bags. Swag bags
are given to the first 200 participants that return to the
Party in the Park with completed ‘Best of Gal Cal’ voting
cards. This is optional.
• Provide a silent auction item that further promotes your
brand. This is optional.
