Events
A Cricket league match was held at the Institute. Delhi Technical Campus (Naya
Gaon), Ganga Technical Campus (Soldha), World College of Technology &
Management (Farukhnagar) participated in it. Sandeep Rathi student of Mechanical
Engg. was declared the Man of the Match and Man of the series was Vivek Narwal, a
student of Electrical Engg.
Axis Bank Ltd., Delhi visited the campus for providing placement. Students of
Management Department and B.Tech 2015 Batch participated in it. Finally 04 students
got selected.
One day Industrial visit was organized for B.Tech (FTS) students at Fire Safety
Management Academy, Sector- 22, Rohini, New Delhi. Er. Jitender Narwal and Mr.
Shamsher accompanied the students.
One day Industrial visit was organized for B.Tech (CSE) students at Network Bulls,
Gurgaon. Ms. Sonia Chaudhary, Mr. Puneet Garg and Mr. Jitender accompanied the
students.
Management Deptt. students gave farewell party to final year students.
One Day workshop on Virtual Lab was organized by RSD Cell, in association with IIT
Delhi and MHRD, Govt. of India. Mr. Sajeev Soni and Bhairav Patra, representatives
of IIT, Delhi guided the students about using the virtual lab. All B.Tech
(CSE/ECE/EEE) & MCA students participated in it.
Mr. H.P. Mitra, Senior Scientist from Defence Research Development Organization,
Delhi delivered an expert lecture on “Emerging Trends in Communication
Engineering”. This programme was organized for Diploma and B. Tech (ECE)
students.
Srishti Ganga Infrastructure Private Limited, Delhi visited the campus for providing
placement. B.Tech (CSE), M.Tech (CSE), MCA, BBA, MBA 2015 Batch students
participated in it. Finally 03 students got selected.
Students participated in Joint Campus Drive under University Entry Scheme at PDM
College of Engineering, Bahadurgarh.

Magistrate cum Civil Judge -1 Class, Jhajjar were the Chief Guest and the 2015 [Star
Guest of Honour. Dharminder, student of Electrical Engineering, was awarded Night]
a prize of Rs.50,000/- being in the TOP-10 in the result of Maharishi Dayanand
University, Rohtak and other 20 students from B.Tech/ BBA/ Mgt and Diploma
were awarded Rs. 10, 000/- each.
Star night [under National Level Students’ Techno-Cultural Symposium
Achievers 2015] was celebrated by Punjabi Pop Star “Harbhajan Mann”. All the

The following events took place on Day-3, Non Technical Events - [Hair Syling, Face
Painting], Cultural Events [Duet Dance, Fire on Beats (Group Dance), Burst the Stage
(Solo Dance), Gunguna le Zara (Solo Dance), Mile Sur Mera Tumhara (Duet Song),
Stage Emotions (One-act play), Nukkad Natak, Instrumental, Laughter Challenge.

Architecture] and Non-Technical Events - Pixels [Photography], Tatto Making, Best
Out of Waste, Cultural Events - Mr. & Ms. Achievers 2015, Comedy Dance, Burst
the Stage (Solo Dance), Gunguna Le Zara (Solo Song), Sell Out, Poetry and Rock
Bond.
Dr. V.N. Mathur, HOD – Mechanical & Automation Engineering, Maharaja
Agrasen Institute of Technology, Sector -22, Rohini, New Delhi – 110 086 and
Mr. Kuldeep Dagar, Research Scholar, IIT, Delhi were the jury members in the
Judgement of the Technical Events.

First CONVOCATION – 2015 was held. Professor [Dr] Nasib Singh Gill, Department Convocation
of Computer Science, Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak was the Chief Guest.

Code War in „C‟, Web Weavers, LAN Gaming, Code Decryption, Business Plan,
GITAM at a Glance, Poster Making, Vad Vivad (Hindi), War of Words (English) ,
Logo Making] and Non Technical Events [Al-Heena, Pot Decoration, Rangoli, Straw
Pin Making] were held. All the students and faculty members actively participated in it.
PTC, Circle, Delhi visited the campus for providing placement. CSE students
participated in it. Finally 05 students got selected.
Shahidi Diwas was celebrated. Many Sports activities like Cricket, Volleyball, Football
etc. were also held on this day. All the faculty members and students participated in it.
A Parents‟ Teacher Meeting was held by the HODs of various departments to discuss
about the student‟s academic record. All departmental faculty members attended the
same.
GENPACT, Gurgaon visited the campus for providing placement. CSE and IT
students participated in it. Finally 06 students got selected.
Mr. Sanmeet, Head in ITInfra (with over 12+ years experience) conducted a seminar
on “Big Data”. All the students and faculty members actively participated in it.
A “Blood Donation Camp” was organized. Mr. Mahesh Gupta, Secretary, District Red
Cross Society, Jhajjar, Dr. Indira Hasieja, Civil Hospital, Jhajjar, Blood Bank Incharge
& Secretary Ashwaini Mishra were also present. All the students and faculty members
actively participated in it.
“Business Plan, Spell Word” activities were held for upcoming National Level
Student‟s Techno-Cultural Fest Achievers 2015.
“Logo Making , Straw Pin Making, Web Weavers and Lan Gaming” activities were
held for upcoming National Level Student‟s Techno-Cultural Fest Achievers 2015.
Mr. Kuldeep Chaudhary from India Vidyarthi conducted a motivational session. All the
students and faculty members attended the same.
Mr. Santosh Gupta, Manager (North India), Institute of Advance Network Technology,
Delhi conducted a seminar on “Career Employability Skills” in the Institute. All
students and faculty members participated in it.
One day Industrial visit organized for B.Tech (Civil)-6th sem students at Modern
Water and Distribution Treatment Plant, Rohtak. Mr. Satish Kumar, Ms. Sonu and
Nitish Malik accompanied the students.
One day Industrial visit organized for B.Tech/ BCA students at HCL Technology,
Manesar (Gurgaon). Mr. Ankit Kumar and Mr. Jitender accompanied the students.
Dizzy Pro Technology Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi visited the campus for providing
placement. MBA and BBA students participated in it. Finally 05 students got selected.
National Conference was organized by RSD Cell in collaboration with International
Journal of Engineering Research and Technology (IJERT) on “Emerging Trends in
Engineering, Management and Science. Chief Guest was Professor (Dr) R.S.
Chhillar, Department of Computer Science & Applications, M.D. University, Rohtak.
Guest of Honours was Dr. YVSR Sastry, Professor, Department of Mechanical and
Automation Engineering, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Rohini (New
Delhi) and Formerly Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Delhi
Technical University, New Delhi and Guest of Honour was Dr. Sunil Mathur,
Associate Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering,
Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Rohini, New Delhi.
Mr. Manoj Sahu, General Manager and Er. Ajit from Hindustan National Glass Ltd.,
Bahadurgarh delivered an expert lecture on “Motor – FMCA Starter”. This programme
is organized for B Tech 4th & 6th sem (EE) students.
One day Industrial visit organized for B.Tech (ME) -4th Sem students at Sugar Mill
Rohtak. Mr. Vivek Khokhar (ME), Mr. Mohit Tomar accompanied the students.

Communication Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon. Mr. Rakesj Joon, Mr. Ravi Garg, Mr. Rajpal
accompanied the students.
Mr. Vikas Popli, Assistant Professor, Kishan Lal Public College, Rewari, delivered an
expert lecture on “Team spirit and How to increase solving efficiency”. This
programme is organized for B Tech -1st year students.
Mr. Sanjay delivered a motivational seminar on “Cloud Computing” in the Institute.
All B.Tech (CSE) students and faculty members participated in it.
One day Industrial visit organized for Diploma (ME) – 4 & 6th sem students at Surya
Roshni Ltd., Bahadurgarh. Mr. Vivek Khokhar (ME), Mr. Mohit Tomar accompanied

35 students from Management Department visited Surajkund Trade Fair, Faridabad.

One day Industrial visit organized for MBA and BBA students at Vita Milk Plant,
Rohtak. Mr. Sunil Sharma, Ms. Nishi Sangwan, Ms. Poonam Kaushik and Ms. Rajesh
Siwach accompanied the students.

80 students from Computer Science & Engineering Department visited Surajkund
Trade Fair, Faridabad. Mr. Mahesh Malkani and Mr. Kamal Ranga faculty members
accompanied the students. In this fair, students got current knowledge regarding
different filed of cultural activities.
Mr. Ankit, Technical associate and his team members (Ms. Garima, Ms. Varsha and
Ms. Asha) of Web Expert Pvt. Ltd., Delhi delivered a one day workshop on PHP
Presentation. The programme was organized for B.Tech and Management students.
Sidhi Vinayak Vehicles, Bahadurgahr visited the campus for providing placement.
Diploma, B.Tech (ME), M.Tech and MBA students participated in it. Finally 20
students got selected.
CINIF Technologies Limited, Chandigarh visited the campus for providing
placement. Diploma, B.Tech (ECE/EE), M.Tech and MBA students participated in it.
Finally 06 students got selected.
Plantation Day took place in the Campus. All Departmental faculty members actively
participated in it.
The Civil Engineering Department conducted a workshop in the Institute in
collaboration with CADD Centre Training Services Rohini, New Delhi-110085. They
explained the advancements in AUTO CAD and application of CAD /CAM/CAE in
civil Engineering Field for designing and planning.
Faculty seminar on “LATEX – A Comprehensive learning tool to write Print
Quality Documents” was arranged by Mr. Kamal Ranga, Coordinator RSD Cell.
Resource Persons were Prof. (Dr.) S. Niranjan and Dr. Yashpal. All Departmental
faculty members actively participated in it.
Dr. Azhar Siddqui and Harman Singh Dhanjal; Director and Motivational Speaker of
“CHARGE THE WEAKNESS”, conducted a motivational seminar on “Personality
Development and Building Self Confidence” in the Institute. All students and faculty
members participated in it.
M/s FineRoots Business Solutions, Ghaziabad (U.P).visited the campus for providing
placement as well as internship. All B.Tech (Mechanical) students participated in it.
M/s A.S.R. Business Solutions, Delhi visited the campus for providing placement as
well as internship. B.Tech (CSE) and MCA students participated in it. Finally 04
students selected.
