Over the last decade, Dealer Services International (DSI) has grown to become the nation’s leading provider of
custom accessories and vehicle packages to new car dealers. This has been achieved through the utilization of our
vast network of resources.

History
Dealer Services International is a business unit of TAP Worldwide LLC., which was established in 1961.
The company originally started by offering aftermarket accessory components to Jeep Dealerships and has grown to
now encompass National Retail Operations, Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing and of course, Dealer Services.

indemnification and warranties
INDEMNIFICATION
DSI established another industry first with our Full
Dealership Indemnification. This is a legally binding
document protecting you, your employees, and your
dealership from any liability with regard to products and
services provided by DSI. We back our programs in
writing through the following documents:
• DSI’s Product Use and
Warranty Triplicate Form
This is completed and delivered with every DSI vehicle
built and returned to your dealership.
• DSI Indemnity Agreement
( Preload Program )
DSI and Dealer Principals sign this agreement upon a
dealer joining our custom vehicle program, both DSI and
Dealer principal will retain original copies.
3 Year/36,000
Mile Warranty Coverage
DSI warranties all of its parts and accessories
against manufacturing defects and/or premature
failure for 3 years/36,000 miles, whichever occurs
first from the “in-service” date of the vehicle.
In short, should anything go wrong with any part or
accessory supplied by DSI, we will replace that part
or accessory free of charge, at no cost to you or
your customer. When DSI performs the installation
we also extend this same coverage to our labor.
Should the dealer be required to use its own labor
services in removing and replacing a defective part
or accessory covered by the above-stated warranty,
DSI will reimburse the dealer at the rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour, not to exceed a total of four
(4) hours absent prior authorization from DSI.

LiftShield Limited Powertrain Warranty Provides National
Coverage & Peace of Mind You and Your Customers Demand!
The LiftShield Vehicle Limited Warranty Program has been designed to meet the specific needs of Dealers
and to provide a level of comfort and security to the buyer of lifted vehicles. This program affords the vehicle
purchaser a set of basic coverage’s that protects the major components of the vehicle powertrain in the event
the original manufacturer’s warranty denies any covered claims due to the presence of a lift kit supplied and
installed by Dealer Services International.
• $15 Million Liability Coverage
Perhaps most importantly, DSI will provide general
liability insurance for the dealer up to $15 million dollars
should any part, accessory, or installation service
supplied by DSI cause property damage or personal
injury to any third party.
Your dealership will be added to our liability policy as
a certificate holder and a copy will be provided to you
which will clearly include your dealership name and
address.
The dealership runs absolutely no risk with respect
to any claims or lawsuits which could arise over the
parts, accessories and/or labor services provided to the
dealership by DSI.

LiftShield
Limited PowerTrain Warranty

• LiftShield is a Limited Warranty NOT a VSC (Vehicle Service Contract)
• Additional warranty offered on DSI Packages that include suspension modifications
• Rides on top of OE warranty and covers OE Powertrain components in the event
a DSI installed suspension product or service causes a failure.
• Mirrors the terms of the OE Powertrain Coverage Period:
• (5 year / 60K miles) • (5 year / 100K miles)
• OE manufacturer must deny factory warranty and DSI suspension modifications must
have caused failure for this warranty to take affect.
• Dealer must submit completed warranty form for activation
• Reserves Insured with Virginia Surety Company Inc. (A Rated)
• This Program is administered by Independent Financial Systems (IFS) in Irvine, California
• Claims are administered by Portfolio General Management Group in Dallas, Texas.
