Minocha. A man of words and an inspiration for his students, he has led the college towards a brighter future. Under his leadership, more than being assured of its standing and credibility, the college is clearly the leading technical institution in Delhi. With a strong determination and goodwill, he has been continuously working for the perfection of the institution and overall development of his students. Being an educationist, he has always inspired us to move beyond conventions and expand our horizons. Under his great care the college has moved way beyond the confines of simply being a 'technical' or 'further education' college. He has always promoted educational and cultural development of students. The Annual Fest “proGECtion 2015” was cultural excellence of Prof. V.K. Minocha. The event was marked by his words of wisdom. In the speech he addressed the students about the key to success along with the Cultural strategies to be followed so as to always retain our Indian Culture. The events were formally inaugurated by the Dean Academics Sh. S.K. Tiwari. ` ProGECtion 2k15 “ProGECtion” denoted by accent to “PROJECTION”, reflects on the idea of projecting the cultural, technical, environmental, and academic efforts of our college CBP Government Engineering College, Delhi, in the world over. Another reason to disturb the word PROJECTION to ProGECtion was to highlight our college’s name “Government Engineering College” (GEC). As vibrant as the students are, the college festival ProGECtion ’15 was splendiferous. It was a two day fiesta (23th March and 27th March, 2015) of live music, enchanting performances and enriching presentations and competitions.
