THIS IS A CONTRACT: These sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come, first served basis. This registration
form is also considered a sponsorship agreement. The sponsor company agrees to pay the price of the selected sponsorship
within 15 days of signing this agreement or risk losing the sponsorship opportunity. An invoice will be sent to the contact
listed above for prompt payment. Changes may occur in the sponsorship offered; USC Davis School or its representatives will
contact the sponsoring company immediately if any changes affect the selected sponsorships.
Once signed contract is received, all sponsorships are considered final and are non-refundable. I am an authorized company
