2015 First Championship Terms and Conditions BOOKING PROCEDURES: --It is ultimately the reservation holder’s responsibility to verify all information on account is true and accurate for all trip components ordered a minimum of 10 days prior to arrival. This includes verifying all names and ages and dates for each activity or option are completed and accurate on account, correct activity or option type and (non-guaranteed) special requests are noted, theme park ticket type and number of days per ticket are accurate and flight/charter bus information (if applicable) is provided and accurate for each person. This can be done by calling 888-877-4445 option 3, Mon-Fri 7:30am – 5pm PST or online with your Travel ID Number(s) and last name of account holder at www.gettravel.com , select your event by name/logo, & “Your” account link located at the top of the page. -- It is the responsibility of the individual booking the services to provide every person involved a copy of these terms and conditions. --Reservations are not considered confirmed until a final payment is received and you have received a confirmation from GET Sports, a division of Lakeland Tours, LLC d/b/a/ WorldStrides. Features for all plans are subject to change and may be based on features available at time of arrival, not those in effect at time of booking. All guests’ full, legal names and children’s ages are required at time of booking. --When appropriate, GET Sports requests that teams are blocked together as a group and special requests/needs are submitted to the supplier on your behalf, but is not guaranteed. ----Late Add-Ons to an event or activity that require GET Sports to add to its contracted guarantee will be requested to be paid in full at time of booking. --GET Sports does not offer any additional discounts or take part in any other discount programs or offers made by the event producer or other entities. --We reserve the right to make refunds in accordance with the method that payment was received. --MVP St. Louis Program - The MVP (Most Valued Participant) Program in St. Louis is negotiated, prepared and offered through GET Sports. The program provides individuals with a variety of discounted services and special deals throughout the downtown area over the event dates. Print the list of "show your badge" deals as well as the "Coupon only deals" at http://www.gettravel.com/firststlouis/eventdeals.shtml. All offers are subject to change at the discretion of the supplier. Each supplier will have their own terms and condition of the offer and is responsible for service and guest experience. -- Air and Charter Bus Transportation Service – GET Sports is able to offer quotes and contracts based on request. Each quote is a custom quote and specific to each team’s size and itinerary needs. Payment and service terms will be provided separately based on the terms of the supplier contracted. -- Riverboat Cruise 4/23/15– GET Sports must receive a cumulative minimum of 150 reservations by April 3rd at 5pm PST or the cruise event will be cancelled. If minimum is met, full payments will be due and charged on 4/3/15. -- Science Center Movie 4/23/15– GET Sports must receive a cumulative minimum of 73 reservations by April 3rd at 5pm PST or the movie event will be cancelled. If minimum is met, full payments will be due and charged on 4/3/15. -- Laclede’s Riverfront Landing on 4/22/15– Payment due in full upon booking. GET Sports will take bookings up to event start as capacities allow. -- Six Flags Physics Day Tickets for 4/24/15: The last day to pre-purchase tickets with shipping option is 4/13/15 5:00pm California Time (PST). Tickets will be sold up to an on 4/24/15 and must be picked up from GET Sports during the event during convention center hours. Specific time and location to be determined at a later date and in a final guest information guide. Tickets will only be available to be picked-up during the official packet pick up times and cannot be delivered to you or left at your hotel or park box office. Physics program tickets are valid for the event date of 4/24/15 only. -- Six Flags General Admission Tickets: The last day to pre-purchase tickets with shipping option is 4/13/15 5:00pm California Time (PST). Tickets will be sold up to an on 4/25/15 and must be picked up from GET Sports during the event during convention center hours. Specific time and location to be determined at a later date and in final guest information guide. Tickets will only be available to be picked-up during the official packet pick up times and cannot be delivered to you or left at your hotel or park box office. General admission tickets are valid for the dates of April 18, 19, 25 or 26 only. --Discounted parking available through GET Sports in advance only. It is not available at the park. -- Ticket Pricing includes sales tax --Cancellation of pre-purchased Six Flags event park tickets within 3 days of the scheduled event date, are assessed a $10 restocking fee. Tickets purchased and not picked up are non-refundable (no show). -- Logging of the full ticket number is the responsibility of the guest upon receipt. Tickets are not refundable and not changeable once they have left the possession of GET Sports/Roller Coaster Race Staff. -- GET Sports, First Robotics or Six Flags St. Louis is not responsible for any lost, misplaced or stolen tickets. -- The owners of GET Sports, First Robotics and Six Flags St. Louis shall not be liable for non-utilization of ticket components or loss of recreational opportunities due to refurbishing, mechanical issues, capacity, weather, special or premium events or any circumstances beyond our control. --Transportation is not included in the cost of any exclusive events or discount deals. PAYMENT PROCEDURES, TICKET INFORMATION and IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES: -- All credit cards on file will be automatically charged the balance due on the final payment dates above unless previous arrangements are requested and approved. It is the responsibility of the reservation holder to have the preferred credit card on file with GET Sports prior to the final payment dates. -- Bookings made on or after the final payment dates must be paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable. --Change fees may apply after 4/7/15. --Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard and Discover. ACH and Cash payments are not accepted. --All change requests must be submitted via our “Hotel Change and Special Request” form located on the event website. --Any 3rd party credit cards usage must have a signed credit card authorization on file prior to confirming reservation. --All credit card payments are processed through WORLDPASS TRAVEL GROUP on behalf of GET Sports. Final confirmation/receipt will be emailed to you and the email address supplied unless otherwise requested. Lakeland Tours, LLC is the overall company legal entity. -- If applicable to event , Price Match Guarantee Does not include hotel’s direct corporate rates, employee or government or AAA rates and the account holder must produce written evidence that relates “apples to apples” to the GET Sports room offer and be brought the attention of GET Sports at least 14 days in advance of travel. --When you the client provide a check as payment, you authorize us the company either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account in the amount noted or to process the payment as a check transaction. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, CHANGE FEES and DECLINED CREDIT CARD/NSF FEES: --No refunds will be honored for no shows, or cancellations once full payment is made, unless otherwise stated in writing by GET Sports. --All cancellations must be made in writing to the GET Sports corporate office. Cancellations must be made in writing via the official change form either electronically online or printed, faxed, or mailed and sent to: [email protected] or GET Sports– Attn: FIRST, 5080 Robert J. To guarantee receipt of delivery for US Mail it is suggested that you send your letter "Return Receipt Requested". --Declined credit cards will be charged a $10 transaction fee per instance and a NSF check fee will be charged a $20 transaction fee per instance. --Cancellation of pre-purchased Six Flags event park tickets within 3 days of the scheduled event date, are assessed a $10 restocking fee. Tickets purchased and not picked up are non-refundable (no show). --For a change made 5 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date or that results in a rate change, there is an additional $25 per package plus any change fees assessed by hotels or other suppliers. For changes, the change fees must be paid in addition to any increase in rate resulting from the change. --Administration Fees – Rate reflects a discount for payment by cash (check, e-check, cash, money order, wire transfer.) A non-cash payment fee (one time only) will be added to the current cash discounted price when using other forms of payment. To guarantee receipt of delivery for US Mail it is suggested that you send your letter "Return Receipt Requested". --Changes affecting outbound flights or first night's accommodation must be made at least 14 business days prior to arrival and are subject to rate changes. Airlines/hotels/suppliers do not permit changes in certain situations. HOTEL AWARDS POINTS/PROGRAMS: Due to specially priced hotel rooms, hotels participating in GET Sports programs are unable to issue Hotel Awards Points or Credits for stays booked through GET Sports. RATES: All rates are subject to changes until reservation is paid in full. After reservation is paid in full, rates are subject to change due to imposition of documented tax increases or other charges of governmental authorities. All rates are in U.S. dollars. Additional room charges may apply if more than two adults per room. BAGGAGE AND VALUABLES: Please retain all valuables, such as cash, prescription medications, gold, silver, jewelry, laptop computers, proof of identification, photography or video equipment, cellular phones, or other valuables in your personal control when checking or transferring bags. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between GET Sports and said guest. All other verbal discussion or implied agreements are invalid and not part of the contract and are not binding to this agreement.
