The Dual-Tech A-M ‘Pearl’ offers state-of-the-art PIR &
microwave technology to protect your property against crime
with its invisible curtain beam. It can be positioned to look
across windows, doors or the entire length of the house or
property wall. The Pearl detector has an optional pan and tilt
bracket for ease of alignment and will warn when an intruder
gets too close. Applications include:- external windows, gates,
roller doors and access points in narrow passageways.

CONTROL SYSTEMS
GJD security lighting control systems provide intelligent activation of security lights and
audible notification of intruders on the property day or night. Used in conjunction with
GJD PIR detectors allows only reliable activation of the system; which in turn reduces light
pollution and is kinder to the environment.
4 ZONE SYSTEMS
•The Dygizone enunciator allows up to 4
zones and 3 separate control panels to be
connected around the property.
•The digital clock enables 2 timers to be
used on each zone for turning lights on at a
specific time regardless of movement in the
area.
•Potentially up to 30,000W of lighting can be
switched from one system via the 4 zone
expansion units.
•Can be integrated with the CLARIUS low
energy LED lights.

• The Emerald 3000 is used for 2 zone systems where only one
control panel is required and can switch up to 3,000W of
lighting.

SPEECH DIALLERS
The GSM and PSTN speech diallers are a low cost option
for the quick and efficient notification of an event taking
place on site. They can be triggered by any device with
a relay output; i.e. movement detector, gas sensor, water
sensor, alarm panel or simply a contact on a gate or door.
GSM Communicator
The GSM Communicator features include: voice and/or
text message for up to 9 telephone numbers, 6 device
inputs, 4 outputs, low sim credit warning, 8 language
options and a listen in option.
The PSTN Autodialler features 3 communication settings.
Each phone number is configurable as:- voice message
only, text message only or both voice and text message.
The PSTN version has 2 inputs and can send a voice
message to any one of up to nine designated telephone
numbers.
GJD Autodialler App is also available to remotely set up
new GSM diallers, re-programme existing diallers, turn
diallers On/Off or return them to factory default settings.

Multispeech
The Multispeech 4 is a four-channel speech enunciator module
designed for access control, welcoming, advising or warning.
The module can be configured to accept any normally open
or normally closed device.
It is possible for messages to be linked if a progressive warning
is required and messages can be recorded directly onto the
device.
The Multispeech 4 Kit includes:
• IP65 weather proof box
• 12VDC PSU for the circuit board

CONTROLLERS
The Multiswitch is an IP65, 3,000 Watt
weatherproof integrated controller and power
supply, designed for energy management
switching of most types of security lights. The unit
provides 12VDC @ 500mA to interface with n/o
or n/c devices required for 24hr CCTV recording.
Two-volt free relay contacts, dusk to dawn
lighting output plus a programmable alarm
activated light control make the Multiswitch an
incredibly versatile product.

The highly cost-effective Multiswitch greatly
assists with the installation of CCTV detector
systems and compliance to BS8418 where there
should be sufficient lights on site to illuminate the
camera’s field of view. This intelligent unit can
reduce installation time, provide economical
savings and minimise any environmental impact

The Clarius® range of power supply units are
IP67 rated, constant voltage devices ideal for
powering the Clarius® range of LED lighting
products.
They feature a regulated 24V DC output
supplying continuous full rated current to
load. The universal mains input voltage allows
the power supply to be used across a wide
geographical area while the highly efficient
switch mode design ensures low operating costs and cool running.
They are available in four power variants from 30W to 150W, providing enough power
for multiple units if required.

STONEHENGE VISITORS CENTRE
Infrared Clarius® units from GJD protects ‘one of the
wonders of the world’
Wessex Fire and Security secured the project to supply,
install and commission the fire and security systems for
the new Stonehenge visitor centre in early 2013.
Three buildings make up the new Stonehenge facility:
the main visitors centre, an ancillary building (for all
plant, vehicles and machinery) and a hub/security post
(the former visitors centre).
The use of the infrared Clarius® IM units arose to meet
a specific client requirement. Through the course of the
equipment verification process the client elected to use
Video Analytics and as a consequence they needed
to separate cameras from IR sources to minimise insect
attraction to the cameras. Wessex Fire and Security
looked at a number of product alternatives, but selected
GJD due to their previous experience and are really
pleased with the equipment performance.

WALLSECURE™
VibeWire™ piezoelectric sensor cable
is applied to the fabric or structure
being protected. This is generally
done by installing the VibeWire™
sensor cable in a conduit which is
securely fixed to the wall, roof or floor
being protected.
The detection range of the
VibeWire™ sensor cable will pick
up audible signals and vibrations
generated during an attack or
attempt to penetrate the protected
barrier/wall. The noises and vibrations
are transmitted to the SA500 single
zone seismic analyser for analysis
and detection. The SA500 analyser is
programmed to identify the signals
created by noises and vibrations
during intrusion and attempts to
penetrate the protected surface.

OLYMPIC PARK
Harper Chalice Group Limited, which has been assisted by the
Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS), was chosen to supply
its FenceSecure™ and PulseSecure™ electrified perimeter
intrusion detection and deterrent products to the high profile
venue in Stratford.
The systems provided the first line of defence against any
security threats/break-ins during the actual construction and
then continued to protect the 15,000 athletes and four million
visitors that have attended.
They were used throughout the entire duration of the two
events and will remain in place to secure the site during postgames activity.
Graham Harper, Managing Director of the Harper Chalice
Group, was delighted to be involved:

provide a lasting legacy for our business that we will look to
exploit going forward.
The sporting deal has been a real Midlands engineering affair,
with Harper Chalice Group working with eight of its local

supplying and installing the host security fences and gates.
Using its approved PulseSecure™ and FenceSecure™
systems, the company supplied and commissioned nearly 900
detection zones to ensure secure perimeters and that any
attempt to breach them would be reported immediately”.
