SCI — QUICK-START OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS: CRESTRON TPS-6L CONTROL PANEL
TURN ON THE MEDIA SYSTEM:
•
Touch the screen to activate. Select Side or Center Projector
•
•
System warm-up progress bar will appear
Projection screen will lower automatically
SELECT A SOURCE:
• Press either LECTERN or VIDEO tab
•
•
Select a source (Laptop VGA/Sympodium/DVD, etc.)
Connect laptop or insert necessary media (DVD/VHS, etc.)
NOTE: VGA and HDMI cables are left at the podium each day
ADJUST VOLUME/LIGHTING:
• Adjust VOLUME level using the volume UP/DOWN arrows
• Be sure that MUTE is not highlighted
NOTE: Program Volume controls Laptop/VCR/DVD volume. Speech Volume controls the
wireless and podium microphone volume. Remember to check volume on your laptop
• Room lighting can be controlled via the Lighting button
TURN OFF THE SYSTEM AFTER USE:
• Press the SYSTEM OFF tab
•
Press YES to confirm shutdown. System cool-down progress bar will appear
•
Projection screen will raise automatically.
NOTE: During this 3 minute cool down process, system restart cannot occur
