In connection with further growth in our Dutch sales office Glamox BV, we will recruit a Finance Controller. Main tasks and responsibilities  Fulltime manager of the Finance and Accounting function.  Responsible for Reporting (to Local management and Norway)  Budgeting and Forecasting  Economy Reporting and monitoring  Financial and business analyses related to operations, including monitoring of KPIs and Benchmarking  Perform periodic sales controlling and sales margin analysis.  Establish and monitor internal controls, and to ensure that our business processes are in accordance with Group standards  Responsible for the ERP system  Handle banking, legal, audits and taxation issues  Handle relevant personnel administration issues.  In addition, it will apply a portion of administrative tasks, project participation and ad hoc tasks  Be a member of the local management team. The successful candidate will have full opportunities to develop the financial support function further and contribute to the success of our company. The position will involve contact with the central management team in Norway and other group units, mainly in Europe. Requirements  Higher degree in finance and/or accounting/auditing  Adequate experience from controlling (preferably in an international company)  Experience with integrated ERP systems (preferably Baan)  Very good skills in Excel and IT-tools  Analytical, systematically and self-going  Ability to engage at all levels in the organization  Tackle having many balls in the air simultaneously  Fluent in English language, oral and writing Our business is international oriented and we value the abilities to be comfortable when communication with colleagues in other countries.
