Rexnord/Zurn facility that is requesting the shipment.

Lastly, enter ship date and the very earliest and the very latest shipping hours for the pickup.
The larger the pickup window, the better chance there is that it will be picked up without a problem.
The minimum the system will allow you to enter is a 2 hour pickup window.
If using UPS, Electronic Dispatch close time cutoff is 4pm local time.
If shipment close time is later than 4pm, shipper must call UPS to dispatch.

If you would like to be emailed tracking updates, you can enter your
email address next to the pickup shipping info you just entered.

Under the Customer Reference section, you must enter a reference # and a P/O # in order for
the BOL to be generated. If you are unsure or don’t have any numbers, you can type ‘n/a.’

Next, you have the option to type a short comment under Pickup Remarks
and Delivery Remarks, which will appear on the BOL.
i.e: pickup #s, Call before delivery, etc.
