WWICS Estate Private Ltd., Plot No. A-12, Industrial Area, Phase-VI, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar has floated advertisements in “Hindustan Times”, newspaper dated 16-05-2015, inviting applications from the public for the booking of plots for farms of 625 to 1250 Sq. Yds. in village Nada, Tehsil Kharar, Distt. S.A.S. Nagar. Apart from the advertisements in the newspapers, boards have also been displayed in and around S.A.S. Nagar as well as advertisements are being made through company’s website www.wwicsestates.com This is for the information of the general public that the aforesaid project has not been issued a Licence for development of the project by GMADA, as such no plot for farm can be offered for sale in this project by the said Company or any other person acting on their behalf. Moreso, as per town planning norms, minimum required area for a farm house is 2.5 acres and also covered area of construction is restricted. Therefore the general public is hereby cautioned not to indulge in booking of plots for farms or any other purpose in this project. it is further informed that in case any citizen is interested in purchasing plots in any colony, he/she should ask the seller to show the Colony Licence issued to such developer by GMADA in Form-V as defined under the Punjab Apartment & Property Regulation Act, 1995. Further while buying any plot in any locality falling under the jurisdiction of GMADA, all citizens are advised to visit the website www.gmada.gov.in to verify whether any such colony/project has been approved or not.
