Tour Report
I was sponsored by TEQIP-II cell, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana to attend
workshop on “Medical Imaging: Techniques & Clinical Applications” held at Indian Institute of
Technology, New Delhi on 3rd and 4th April, 2015. Expert lectures were delivered by the leading
academic and clinical experts in this domain. I got the opportunity to learn in depth about the
different imaging modalities. The ideas and methods presented and discussed in the workshop
will help me to carry research in an effective manner as well as to guide PG students. Moreover
the experience in the workshop will help in organizing national/international events at our
Institute in a better way. I thank the TEQIP –II cell for nominating and helping me get this
exposure.
