W
ith so much joy in our heart, we wish to express our gratitude to God for the grace to witness the end of the second term
2014/2015 Academic Session. Our sincere appreciation goes to you, our esteemed parents for your unalloyed support and
cooperation throughout the term, as we jointly work together to guide our pupils in attaining enviable academic and
moral heights.
ADMINISTRATION
ACADEMICS
One of the key achievements this term in terms of the quality of
education our pupils were
exposed to was an increase
in the use of our audio/visual
instructional materials and
E-learning.

seminars/trainings our teachers attended in the course of the
term to make the teaching and learning process more fun and
effective. Little wonder our Nursery pupils are gradually
becoming more sociable and willing to learn.
Note: We appeal to parents whose children are in Crèche, Preschool and Reception classes to include spare clothes, diapers,
wipes, meals, bibs and napkins in their children's bags to be
used as the need arises.
CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
To ensure our pupils enjoy balanced education, we engaged
them in healthy recreational activities through the
combination of core and co-curricular activities. In the course
of the term, our pupils were
actively involved in different
sporting activities to build their
physical fitness and mental
alertness.

weekly activities and presentations; the music club members
tried their hands on more musical experiences, the Home

personal development, like beads and aprons making, while
the annual Press Week by the Press Club provided a fitting

FIELD TRIPS
MEALS
In our quest for our pupils to further
acquire knowledge beyond the walls of
the classrooms, they were taken on
field trips to various places of interest, in
consonance with their scheme, classes
and ages. Prominent amongst these
places are Cocoa Research Institute of
Nigeria and
Federal Road
Safety Corps.
Kindly ensure that your child's lunch pack and bottles are
properly washed before filling them with food and water. Also
note that food baskets are allowed in the school. Meals should
be packed separately from books in order to
protect the books from being soiled and kindly
ensure that packed meals are freshly cooked.
MORALS
We are focused on the task of building a total child, who will be
academically sound as well as courteous and disciplined. This
has informed the continuous process of instilling rules of
etiquette and discipline on school assembly and in classes. The

we ask that parents should motivate their
children to practice good hygiene. Children
should be encouraged to bathe, brush their
teeth, regularly wash their hands after using
the convenience and before meals, as well as
ensure finger nails are cut low at all times. Do
not under estimate their capability to assist in
cleaning and doing some other household
chores. Kindly ensure this at home for grade

responsibility.
