Lisa Longball and Bear Creek Golf Course are partnering to host the 1st annual Lisa Longball Celebrity Golf Classic, July 15th and
16th, 2015. Lisa is a passionate golfer, energetic speaker, and author whose enthusiasm is contagious. Her nick name comes
from her 7-Time Canadian Long Drive Championship and her top 3 world rank. Lisa is excited to use her success in golf to raise
money for worthwhile causes. Funds raised from the Lisa Longball Celebrity Classic will go directly to 3 local charities:
Special Olympics As an athlete, Lisa understands the gift sport can be in life. She is proud to support Special Olympics in their
focus to improve the wellbeing of individuals with an intellectual disability using sport to achieve a healthy and active lifestyle.
Suicide Prevention Resource Center A program offered by Suicide Prevention Resource Centre for youth ages 9 to 17 who are
struggling with anxiety or depression and who may be experiencing thoughts of suicide.
Seniors Outreach Providing valuable outreach and support to seniors living independently in our community.
