FORMAT:
The maximum index allowed is 4.2. Minimum age is 16. The qualifying round will be an 18 hole stroke play
competition. The lowest 32 players advance to match play. Sudden death playoffs will decide all ties.
EXEMPTIONS :
In the event the reigning Match Play champion and/or current Stroke Play Champin register for the event, they
will be exempt from Qualifying, earning the top seedings.
GALLERY & CADDIES:
Caddies are permitted but must be at least 13 years old and register with the committee. Spectators are
permitted.

PAIRINGS:
The qualifying round first day pairings will be based on index. Match play pairings will be based upon
standings after the qualifying round.
DEADLINE:
Entries must be received no later than July 24th, 2015. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
TEE TIMES & RESULTS:
Tee Times will be posted to golf.lacity.org on Tuesday July 28th, Final results will be posted on Monday,
August 10th.
AWARDS:
Trophies & merchandise certificates or gift cards will be awarded. Merchandise certificates are redeemable at
the Griffith Park or Sepulveda Pro Shop. Gift cards can be redeemed at any L.A. City Golf Course for greens
fees, cart fees and range balls (selected locations).
ELECTRIC CARTS:
Carts are $24 (double) and $16 (single) each day
ENTRY FEES:
Entry fees must accompany entry forms. Entry fee is $120. Make checks payable to: City of L.A.
