Arrival
Registration will be in the main reception area, from 07:30 and a full Irish breakfast will be served in
the dining room, located off the Nicklaus Room.
A group photo and tournament briefing will take place on the Championship Tee on the 1st hole at
approximately 08:40 – all competitors are encouraged to attend.
Golf
The practice ground will be available for any players wishing to practice prior to play.
There will be a shotgun start at 09:00 prompt. Please register at least half an hour before your tee
time and please arrive at your starting hole at least 5 minutes before the start of play.
Gents will play from the white tees and ladies will play from the red tees.
Buggies will only be provided for players with a medical exemption. A doctors note or similar
should be presented at registration. To reserve a buggy, please contact Ann Marie Dalton at

Format
Individual stableford competition off full handicap. Maximum handicaps of 24 for gentlemen and 30
for ladies.
There will be a Nearest the Pin competition on the 6th hole with separate competitions for ladies and
gentlemen.
The field will be split into equal categories, category A & B, based on playing handicap. One eligible
winner from each category will progress to the Grand Finals in Belek, Turkey, between Sunday 25th
October and Sunday 1st November 2015. Please see the Qualifying Competition Rules for full details
of eligibility.
Lunch
Lunch will be served in the Nicklaus Room Restaurant, located off the main bar area from
approximately 15:00.
Prize Presentation
The Prize Presentation will take place immediately after the lunch, at approximately 16:00.
Dress Code
Killeen Castle request that all players adhere to a traditional golf dress code. Golfing attire is
required for all players. Any denim, tracksuits, t-shirts or trainers are not permitted on the course at
any time.
The dress code for the lunch is smart casual.
Mobile Phones
Mobile phones are not permitted on the course.
