All competition players must become Adult or Junior members.
All social players must become Social members if they are regular players.
All juniors attending for coaching or playing in the Friday night junior competitions must
become Junior members.
Members of other Clubs within the LDTA may play in Goonellabah Tennis Club competitions
PROVIDED they are registered players of Tennis NSW.
Players must be an Adult, Junior or Social member to participate in Club Championships.
Regular hirers of the courts and players from other clubs are encouraged to become social
members.

Discounted court hire rates;
Discounted playing fees – Saturday Afternoon Social Tennis and Monday Night Social Tennis;
Free practice time if a court is available when the Club coach is at the Courts. (Members need
to check with the Club coach before going out on the Court and show membership tag);
Use of Clubhouse facilities;
Eligibility to participate in Club Championships and Competitions;
Benefits in accordance with the Tennis NSW Player registration scheme which provides player
accident insurance benefits;
Club functions (with heaps of fun) / subsidised for members;
Regular Club Newsletter;
Member Acknowledgements and Undertakings upon payment of fees:

Members agree to be bound by the rules of the Goonellabah Tennis Club Inc.

Members acknowledge and authorise the publication of their telephone contact number in
competition draws for circulation to other Members and participants in the competition;
Members acknowledge and authorise the publication of images and detail regarding a
Member’s participation in Club events (such as Club Championships, Club fundraising activities,
Club competitions and Club celebrations) on the Goonellabah Tennis Club facebook page and
website, (unless the Members advises otherwise)
Members acknowledge that the Goonellabah Tennis Club is a not for profit community
organization run by a voluntary committee and will from time to time be called upon to
support fundraising activities and lend a hand.
Payment of Membership Fees:

Continuing members may pay membership fees to any of the Goonellabah Tennis Club
