On19March,thenationalcouncilcancelledthelicenceoftheNationalTV CompanyofUkrainetobroadcasttheUkrainianversionoftheEuronews internationalchannel. LeadersrepresentingUkraineandothercountriesdiscussedreformswhich Ukrainiansneedandtheassistance,whichtheinternationalcommunityneedto grantthemforsuccessfulimplementationofthesereforms. UkrainianPrimeMinisterArseniyYatsenyuksaidthatintotalUkrainehad received30bndollarsofinternationalfinancialassistance.Headdedthatthe countryhopedtoattract3bndollarsindirectforeigninvestmentfromthe EuropeanBankforReconstructionandDevelopmentandtheEuropean InvestmentBankbytheendof2015. Consolidatedbudgetsurplusreaches14bnhryvnyasinfirstquarter Ukraine'sconsolidatedbudgetshowedasurplusof13.97bnhryvnyas(635m dollars)inthefirstquarterof2015,accordingtotheFinanceMinistry. Theconsolidatedbudgetsurplusfortherespectiveperiodin2014amountedto 469.9mhryvnyas(21.36mdollars).
