CASH BACK TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. THE OFFER
Up to £65 cash back for any Graco® branded product purchases above £59* in the United Kingdom.
Cash back offer available to residents of the United Kingdom from 16th May to 30th June 2015 for
purchases of any Graco® branded products as defined below. Purchases shall be made through a
retailer registered in United Kingdom (online traders are included from the moment they are UK
retailers):

*Offer is made depending on the total value of the purchase and is exclusively available to end users,
physical persons. Purchase value is VAT included. Purchases need to be made on the same date and
should be on the same receipt / invoice.
Only one entry per person is allowed (same name, same address, or same email, IP address). This is
an offer for end-users only and is not applicable to retailers or those purchasing in order to resell the
products. Promoter reserves the right to request any additional information to evidence that the
purchaser is indeed end-user. All participants must be resident of the above country.
SECOND HAND PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO THIS PROMOTION.
All participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To be eligible for the cash back promotion:

Purchase any Graco products of the value defined herewith above from May 16th to 30th
June 2015 from a retailer registered in the UK and submit a fully and correctly completed
form via www.graco.co.uk/cashback before 15th July 2015 inclusive.
To claim your cash back – digital submissions:


For digital submissions, follow the instructions on the website and complete all relevant
fields. You must upload the PROOF OF PURCHASE RECEIPT / INVOICE directly onto the
website from your PC, tablet or mobile device for your submission to be considered
complete and accurate.
Digital claims will be processed within 4 to 5 weeks of receipt of the claim form.
To claim your cash back – postal submissions:

For postal submissions, follow the instructions on the website and complete all relevant
fields. Print out the completed form with unique reference number, along with a copy of the
PROOF OF PURCHASE RECEIPT / INVOICE and send these two documents in a sealed and
stamped envelope to the following address before 15th July 2015 inclusive for your
submission to be considered complete and accurate. (postal stamp date will be the date
taken into account):

Postal claims will be processed within 6 to 8 weeks of receipt of the claim form.
No claim sent in another way than the above described process will be processed. Claims that are
incomplete, incorrect, and illegible or sent after 15th July 2015 will not be processed. The Promoter
accepts no responsibility for any claims delayed, lost or completed incorrectly or incompletely or for
internet errors and disruptions. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
The reimbursement will be provided in the form of an electronic transfer payment payable to the
person named on the claim form in the local currency. No other arrangement will be entered into.
However, please note that the Promoter shall not be liable for any claim that is not processed within
this time frame.
3. DISCLAIMERS
Promoter reserves the right to void, amend, and/or change this promotion at any time and change
the conditions without incurring any liability whatsoever. Promoter shall not be liable for any loss,
damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this
promotion.
Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill this offer where such failure is caused by any
supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall
not be limited to, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute,
terrorism, acts of god, supervening legislation, or events which, without the fault of either party,
render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution. Promoter shall not be liable
for any failure in communication services such as post or internet.
4. JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England. In the event of any dispute over
interpretation or implementation of these Terms and Conditions on any matter related to this offer,
the decision of the directors of Promoter is final.

For the purpose of this Promotion, we need to gather your personal details. You have the right to
access, modify and delete your personal information from our records at any time. To do so, you can
