must be at the rehearsal!
 You will receive your cap and gown at rehearsal!

Doors open at 6:00 pm, dinner at 7:00 pm
Ticket prices: GRADS ARE FREE!
Each grad is allowed to purchase tickets for 5
guests: 3 @ $35 and 2 @ $50
June 3rd and 4th ONLY!
 (Extra tickets may be available)

The following “Park and Ride” options are available to
graduates and invited guests.
 Option A: From SRSS to WCC
Leave SRSS at 12:30 arrive at WCC at 1:30
 Option B: From Winnipeg Evangelical Free
Church (500 Lagimodiere Blvd.) to WCC
Leave the Evangelical Free Church at 1:oo arrive at WCC by 1:30
Return rides will take place after the banquet and before the prom.
This service is not provided to grads and escorts attending Prom – you must
have a parent sign you in and out of the prom and they are then responsible
for your transportation after prom.






Safe Grad Prom goes until 3:00 AM

Parent Sponsored Safe Grad Prom!
Music by Summer Bounce Entertainment with Video.
A “Vegas – style” casino from 10:00 – 2:00 am with possible
prizes for your winnings
Vouchers for every grad to participate in casino or silent
auction.
A Free digital photo booth on site between 10:00 and 2am.
Snacks will be provided and a late social lunch will be served.







Sign in and Mandatory Parent Sign Out.
You must have purchased a ticket.
No dressing down, must stay in formal/semi formal attire.
Valid ID required at all times, regardless of age.
No large bags, backpacks, duffle bags or canes allowed.
Small purse/bags are permitted.
You may be subject to searches by WCC security..



SRSS Grad and escort, 17 and under
 a parent of the grad and a parent of the escort must sign waivers
in person.

SRSS Grad and escort 18 or older from SRSS
 a parent of the grad and a parent of the escort must sign waivers
in person

SRSS Grad and escort 18 or older from other school
 SRSS Grad parent sign, escort sign their own - in person

Out of Province, special considerations?

If you are a grad of the SRSS and you want to attend
either the Grade Twelve Farewell OR the Prom your
parents must sign a waiver - it does not matter if you
are 18 or not

If you attend the Grade Twelve Farewell, the
paperwork will have been signed and you do not have
to have your parents come in again to sign
 the waiver is good for both events
 this does not apply to your escort

