Graduate Assistantship Digital Marketing Strategist The Graduate School at UConn The Graduate School endeavors to be the hub for communication among scholars and faculty affiliated with graduate student and postdoctoral life at UConn. Within the Graduate School, a team committed to digital marketing pursuits--ensuring brand consistency and integrated marketing--assumes responsibility for extending the reach and elevating the profile of graduate education at UConn. This Digital Communications team is responsible for the following: Producing, or overseeing the production of, marketing and communications materials (newsletters, websites, motion graphics, print pieces, etc) Collaborating among and being the liaison between students and faculty members in matters pertaining to The Graduate School Maintaining brand standards of The University of Connecticut as they govern the design style and voice of The Graduate School Operating both with and independent of faculty/staff supervision in a fast-paced digital space Exhibiting strong knowledge of information architecture, user-friendly design, and the confluence of the two Communicating often with digital team regarding project status, goals, and tactical approaches Facilitating organization of assets, social media content calendars, marketing schedules, and other relevant documentation While supervised by a full time staff member, a graduate assistant will assist in leading this team. A range of skills is desired, but utmost in importance is the desire to be part of a digital marketing team with a wide reach.
