PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Ordering:
*At Kaz Ceramics, we make to order, we hand make each piece and this
takes time!. Please allow up to 10 weeks for your order to be made.
On ordering we can advise you as to the rough time frame.
* we request a minimum of 5 pieces per colour.
*Please use this Look Book as a guide, it is the nature of handmade items
that there will be slight variations in colour and size.
Payment Terms:
*You agree to pay a non - refundable deposit of $200 to confirm your order, with
the balance payable once your order is near completion, goods will not be sent
until the balance has been paid in full. If full payment has not been made
within 10 days of payment request we reserve the right to forfeit your order and
your deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
Delivery:
*Our courier company does not deliver to PO Boxes. We can quote for this
via Australia Post.
*Once full payment has been made we will dispatch your order via Couriers
Please. We do not pack orders until full payment has cleared so please
allow time for this to occur. We strictly dispatch on Tuesdays and
Thursdays.
Problems with your order:
*You Agree:
To inspect your products once you take delivery.
To notify us within 2 days of receiving your delivery if there are any
breakages or faults.
We will not refund or exchange any goods once this 2 day period has
lapsed.
In the unfortunate event that there are breakages, please e-mail
sales@greenhouseinteriors with an image of the fault or breakage. You
will then be issued a credit to use on your next order or the items can
be re-made and added to your next delivery.
And Finally!
We are proud to say that we not only design, but we also hand make and paint every single
piece of ceramics that leaves the studio. We are keeping alive an age old craft and we
thankyou for supporting this.
