Terms & Conditions of Promotion
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Conditions of Entry. Entry into this
competition deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Competition commences Monday, 16th March 2015 and closes at 5.00pm Thursday, 2nd April
2015.
3. Only original Greenslopes Mall $50 Daily Giveaway Entry Forms will be accepted;
photocopies will not be accepted.
4. To enter this competition, customers must make a purchase of a minimum of $20.00 from a
speciality store at Greenslopes Mall during the promotional period, collect an entry form,
complete details in full on the form then place the completed entry form into the entry
barrel located in the centre mall.
5. Only one (1) entry form is to be issued for each spend over $20.00, and will not to be issued
for purchases in multiples of this amount.
6. Entry to this competition is open to all residents of Queensland aged 18 years and above,
except Centre staff, their families, agents and contractors of Greenslopes Mall, who are not
eligible to enter this competition.
7. Multiple entries will be accepted provided the minimum spend condition occurs with each
entry.
8. Entries received via post will not be accepted.
9. The prize is valued at $50.00 per day paid in gift vouchers from the centre and participating
retail stores.
10. The prizes will be drawn randomly each day of the promotion.
11. The winner does not need to be present at the draw and will be contacted by phone.
12. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the
Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any
unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct
of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation
are reserved.
13. By entering into this promotion each entrant provides consent for the Promoter to use the
information supplied by entrants for various commercial purposes, including marketing,
planning and research.
14. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
15. This promotion is offered in good faith and is not to give rise to any legal dispute and is
binding in honour only.
