To ensure the safety of our employees, we request that large furniture donations be dropped off at our store locations. Trailer-based pickups for bulk loads may be available. A bulk load is defined as half of a box truck or more. Please call (614) 583-0352. A seven-day window is required. ** We work with R2 certified vendors to ensure that all non-working electronic devices are recycled in an environmentally friendly fashion. It is the responsibility of the donor to remove their personal information. PLEASE NOTE: These lists are to be used as guidelines. Items should be dry and clean. We will accept stained or damaged items, which we recycle. Management reserves the right to refuse any donation.
