ENGAGEMENT OF ADVISORS
GRSE Ltd. is one of the premier Defence Shipyards enjoying the Mini Ratna, Category – I status and effectively contributing to the defence preparedness of the country by
building different sophisticated and state-of-the-art warships. The Company requires superannuated senior executives on contract basis for specific job requirements for a
short duration of one year. The details are as under:

other relevant statutory bodies.
Must also have a good exposure in production with emphasis on Trials of
Equipment & Systems.
NOTE :
(i)
Degree as referred above are those, which have been awarded by University / Institution recognized by Government of India.
(ii)
Grouping of Engineering Degree: BE, B Tech, Four years BSc (Engineering), AMIE.
(iii)
Qualification Grouping of Engineering Degree.

: Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electrical & Instrumentation, Power Engineering
 Naval Architecture

Engineering, Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering.
Only the above mentioned disciplines will be considered for the engagement process. Courses / Disciplines with equivalence to the above will not be considered.

(iv)
The individual should not have been awarded with any major penalty before his / her retirement. Further an individual against whom disciplinary or criminal
proceeding is pending shall not be eligible for such engagement.
(v)
The individual should be medically fit as per GRSE standard to undertake the job.
(vi)
GRSE reserves the right to fill up all the requirements based on suitability or to alter the number of requirement to be filled up or cancel the whole process of
engagement without assigning any reason.
(vii)
The tenure of service shall be co-terminus with the completion of the assignment or one year whichever is earlier. The tenure may be extended / reduced depending
upon the requirement of the Company.
(viii)
The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by duly constituted selection committee.
(ix)
Typed application (A-4 size paper) in the enclosed format along with documents / certificates in support of eligibility is to reach General Manager (Human
