AUCTION NOTICE
Name of Work: Major Maintenance works of Goa Medical College and Hospital &
Medical College, Bambolim-Goa – S.H. – Disposal of unserviceable
material at Goa Medical College & Hospital, Bambolim-Goa
(Lot IX)
Old and unserviceable items which were used at Goa Medical College & Hospital,
Bambolim-Goa needs to be disposed off by auctioning.
Interested parties may inspect these items, as is where is basis, at the above mentioned
premises and submit their highest bid, duly sealed,
in the enclosed format
[ANNEXURE –I] on or before 3rd June 2015 at 15:00 hours in the office of GSIDC. The
bids shall be opened on 3rd June 2015 at 15:30 hours. The bidders can inspect the
items placed near First Floor of Old library block (Above Central Store) and at Open
Courtyard of the college block (behind Dean’s Office building) at Goa Medical College.
For Inspection, the bidders may contact the Consultant, M/s Frischmann Prabhu Packlo
Colony, Alto Santa – Cruz Tiswadi Goa. The highest bidder is required to deposit his
entire bid amount by Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Dean, Goa Medical College
within 48 hours.
The items thereafter shall be removed within seven days by the
successful bidder, failing which the Managing Director, GSIDC, is authorized to take
further necessary action in this regard and the bidder shall not have any claim on the
items. The upset price of the said items fixed for Auction is Rs.6,73,224.00 (Rupees Six
Lakh Seventy Three Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty Four only).
Interested parties shall furnish a Demand Draft of Rs.13,500 (Rupees Thirteen Thousand
Five Hundred only) as EMD drawn in favour of GSIDC Limited, payable at Panaji, Goa
along with their quotation which shall be refunded after the successful bidder deposits
the entire bid amount. If the successful bidder fails to deposit the entire bid amount
within the prescribed time, the EMD shall be forfeited. EMD of unsuccessful bidders
shall be refunded.
