Keynote
Thomas Raffio, FLMI, is president & CEO of Northeast Delta Dental, the Concord-based
dental insurance company that administers dental benefits for nearly 779,000 people in Maine,
New Hampshire, and Vermont. Under Tom’s leadership, his company has been recognized
with many awards including being named one of the Best Companies to Work For in New
Hampshire and one of the 25 Best Small Companies to Work for in America, each for five
consecutive years.
Tom is a graduate of Harvard University, has an MBA from Babson College, and is a Fellow of
the Life Management Institute. He is a graduate of the Leadership New Hampshire Class of
1997.
Dave Cowens (invited) earned a berth in the Basketball Hall of Fame because of his tenacity
and work ethic as a mainstay of the Boston Celtics in the 1970s, leading the team to NBA
Championships in 1974 and 1976. He is also a former head coach in the CBA, WNBA, and
NBA. Dave was one of five founders of the National Basketball Retired Players Association;
was Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the Sports Museum of New England for
10 years; and his civic involvement includes serving as the honorary chairman of many medical
and social charitable organizations.
Panel
As a 17-year veteran at Hypertherm, Aaron Brandt has led new product development teams
and global business units. Currently he serves as Vice President of Engineering and is focused
on helping the company deliver on its product and technology roadmap, while also fostering
creativity and innovation.
Donna Lencki is chief marketing officer at Capital BlueCross, which provides health insurance
to over 750,000 members in central Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Capital BlueCross, Donna
founded the Geneia Company, which joined the family of independent companies under the
Capital umbrella in June of 2012. Donna was previously the Co Founder, Chair and CEO of
Choicelinx, and was the third employee of the Healthsource company, serving as the VP of
Marketing and then as CEO for Healthsource New Hampshire.
Kate Luczko, is the Executive Director of Stay Work Play New Hampshire. Kate has been
recognized as a young leader by multiple organizations including as part of the Union Leader’s
2011 class of “40 Under Forty” and most recently as one of Business NH Magazine’s 2014 “5
Leaders for the Future”. Kate is passionate about being involved in the community, serving on
multiple Boards and volunteering throughout the state. See more about Kate at

Amanda Grady Sexton is the Public Policy Director for the NH Coalition Against Domestic and
Sexual Violence and also serves as a 3rd term City Councilor in Concord, NH. As Public Policy
Director, Amanda develops and implements the Coalition's local, state and federal legislative
agenda and coordinates with policy makers and stakeholders to advance that agenda.
