Principal Lighting Designer
Gwen Grossman is pursuing her dream of combining artistry and technical knowledge into cutting
edge architectural lighting design. She boasts 20+ years of experience, including training and a former
career in theatrical lighting. She brings creativity and collaboration to the forefront of her work.
Light is the paintbrush she uses to highlight architecture and bring dramatic flair to spaces. Ms.
Grossman is a passionate and motivated business women, with an eye on the pulse of the city and
modern design. She has won (12) IESNA Lighting Design Awards of Merit and volunteers on the Board
of Managers for the IESNA Chicago Chapter. She the proud founding designer of GGLD, which is
certified in Cook County as a WBE (Women Owned Business Enterprise).
