The total fee is SEK 1.700. The application fee is SEK 500, please pay the
remaining charge of SEK 1.200 before May 15 2015 to our Pay Pal account, you
find the information at the website.
All clinics, competition fees, meals and accommodations are included in the price.

Arrivals and departures:
Flight to Stockholm, Arlanda Airport
with arrival 14th of June if
participating in the clinic with
Wojtek Osiecki starting Monday
15th. For those of you who wish to
arrive later, please let us know when
you are coming! Our farm is
situated 3,5 hours drive from
Stockholm, if we know your arrivals,
we try to come and pick you up. It
is also possible to go by train from Stockholm to Rättvik or rent a car. Departures
best Sunday 21st due to holiday in Sweden the 20th. Please, contact us if you are
interested in extending your visit or if you need any kind of assistance!
Accommodations:
This year we will provide a special competitor’s camp at our farm “Ollasgården” 8 km
from Rättvik, where camp accomodation are available and you also have access to
shower and toilet. The area is perfect for nature-oriented activities such as riding,
jogging, cycling. It is also ok to put up your own tents. If you would rather rent a
hotel room, please contact us for help.
Food and Beverages:
Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be included in the fee. We will be doing beer
runs for those who want to purchase alcohol. No alcohol together with riding and
during competition. Meals will be BBQ meats and vegetables, breakfast will be
continental style (self service). If participants have special dietary needs, please let
us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once the competitors are settled in,
The games will begin. Horse introductions will take place
June 14th-15th. All of the horses in this event are
experienced in horseback archery.

Rules
for the
Hunt
track:
At the
Hunt
track, the
ideal time
is settled
to 3:20
and a span
of 10
seconds
before and
after the
ideal time
will be counted as an approved period of time, after that 0.25 points deduction per
started second in each direction is made.
The competitors runs in two heat. A number of animal targets are placed along the
track, points are given for hitting the animal's vitals (heart, lungs, liver), hit but
not the vitals’ is counted "hit" (point zero). Most of the targets are at a distance
about 5-8 meters away some at 20 meters.
There are two walking zones due to the condition of the ground, nocking is not
allowed before the start, and an unlimited amount number of arrows may be taken
with you during the track. Gallop will take place on the entire track except in
designated walking zones. If several competitors share the same points, the time will
separate them, if they cannot be separated by time, the number of hits are
counted.
The winner receives the title "Champion of DHA Hunt Track Cup 2015". DHA wish
all contestants good luck! May the best man or woman win!
