Festival Management has arranged for the rental of trucks equipped with refrigeration units and shelf
space to accommodate the need for freezer or refrigerated storage. Should you require this type of
storage, please provide all the information below and email the completed form to
[email protected] by May 8th, 2015.
Space Information:
- Each rented space consists of 3 shelves 14”W x 60”L x 3 Tiers
- Each of the 3 shelves are 24” apart from one another (from top to bottom)
Note:

Trailers will be delivered on the afternoon of Friday, May 29th.
Your food/beverage products should be delivered late afternoon on Friday, May 29th or prior to
10AM on Saturday, May 30th.
All products loaded in trailers must be labeled with your company name and booth number.
Access to trailers is given to those whose names authorized for signing product in and out.
The trucks will be monitored by Festival Management and security at all times. Festival
Management is not responsible for conditions or quantity of goods received.
All products must be removed from the refrigerated and/or freezer storage trailers by Sunday,
May 31st, at 8:30 PM. All food and beverage products remaining after the deadline will be given
to a local food bank or disposed at the expense of the exhibitor.

The rental of the cold storage shelf is based on 14”W x 60”L x 3 Tiers. The total cost of renting
the 3 tiers is $250 + HST each for refrigerated or freezer spaces.
