7th Annual Autumn Harvest of Crafts

We are a non-profit organization which is committed to financially aiding the Putnam County
District Library system. Last year over 1400 potential customers attended our show which
featured 128 booths. Spaces are available in the gym, multi-purpose room, foyer, hallway and
cafeteria as well as limited outside spaces. Due to ACT testing the show will be held one week
earlier, Oct. 18th. Next year we will return to last Saturday of October.
The show will be extensively advertised in newspapers, television, radio, flyers, church
bulletins, yard signs, billboard, the internet, the Festival Network Online Events, Face book,
Northern Ohio Arts & Craft Show booklet and other publications.
We are accepting quality; hand-crafted items made by the exhibitor. To maintain the quality
of our show and to be fair to all vendors SALE or ½ Price Signs will not be allowed. New
exhibitors enclose 2 pictures of your craft and/or booth set-up. Home based businesses (i.e.
Avon, Tastefully Simple, Pampered Chef, etc.) will be filled on a first come-first serve basis
with only one of each category being accepted. (Must list company name on application).
Last year’s exhibitors will have until June 30th to reserve same space or request a change on a
first come-first serve basis. An early return for previous and new exhibitors will increase your
chance of location preference.
Set up will be Saturday, Oct. 18th from 6:00 a.m. until 8:45 a.m.. No tear down before 3:00
p.m. please.
Free cinnamon rolls and coffee will be available during set-up from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m..
Coupons will be in your packet. Lunch will be available for purchase from 11:00 a.m. until
1:30 p.m. Lunch delivery will be available if needed.
Letters of acceptance and pertinent information will be mailed in September. Also consider

The State of Ohio requires all exhibitors to have a transient vendor or business vendor’s license. It is the
responsibility of the exhibitor to charge, collect and report state sales tax. For more information contact the

45875, Attn: Craft Show. Must include a self-addressed stamped envelope for acceptance
letter and show information. Application deadline (to be included in our printed program)
is October 14, 2014. Refunds only if your space is resold. A $5.00 processing fee will be
