Embassy Suites Tulsa is located at I-44 and Hwy 51 (31st & Memorial Dr.) As an
“all suites” hotel, amenities include a complimentary breakfast buffet, high speed
internet, evening reception with complimentary cocktails and free parking.
In addition, Cherokee Hills Golf Course is hosting the reunion golf activity. The
course is located at the Cherokee Hard Rock Casino Complex at I-44 and 193rd
East Avenue. The tee time is at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, May 9th. Cost is $65.00 per
person, which includes green fee, cart fee and complimentary range balls at the
practice facility. Confirmation needed along with your payment as soon as
possible or by April 30, 2015.

Itinerary
Friday evening: May 8th (For those coming in Friday )
Complimentary cocktails & snacks from 5:30-7:30PM for hotel guests.
Our Hospitality room will be available to visit with each other that evening. It has its own area
with tables and chairs.
Saturday: May 9th
For Hotel Guests:
 Complimentary hot breakfast with eggs & omelets made to order 7:00 AM-10AM
 Complimentary shuttle service within 5 miles of the Hotel. See Tulsa and/or Shop.
Golf tournament starting at 9:00AM.
Reunion starts at 7:00 PM in the Embassy ballroom.
Hors d' oeuvres will be served in the banquet room during the evening and there will be a
cash bar.
Embassy Suites: Make reservations as soon as possible, but no later than 4/10/15.
If it happens to be after that date, just ask the Embassy if you can still make your reservation.
You may reserve for Friday or Saturday or both. Embassy Suites has a free airport shuttle.

50th Reunion Surprise
I spoke with a representative from Nathan Hale, and was excited to
find out they are willing to set up a walk-through of our old school.
If you would like to take this trip down memory lane, we will meet at
the school on Saturday, May 9th at 3:00 pm. The representative will
open the doors at 3:00 pm and give us a tour of all the changes. The
tour will take about an hour depending on how many questions we ask.
It should be fun to reminisce of our days at Nathan Hale High School.
