WHAT IS THE CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER PORTAL?
Hansen’s Contractor Customer Portal is a secure, web-based order placement and monitoring portal for
Hansen’s customers that can be accessed 24/7 from anywhere with an Internet connection. All customers
will need to do is register and create an access account to use the Contractor Customer Portal. Once this is
done, they will be able to get quotes, access inventory availability, configure components, place orders and
manage their orders including confirming order status and shipment tracking information.

With the Contractor Customer Portal, you’ll have 24/7 access to the tools and resources you need to place
and manage your Hansen orders.

account will automatically be transferred to the
new Contractor Customer Portal. If you’re not,
simply register now by clicking the Business Portal
icon at www.hantech.com and following the prompts.
You’ll be notified when the new Contractor Customer Portal is live.
